Returns / Exchanges
Purchases through both Timed and On Demand Fourg Athletics Team Stores are not able to be returned or exchanged.
All items available for sale are made on demand and do not carry inventory. Because of this we cannot accept returns on these products. The only exception is due to manufacturer defect.
In the event of manufacturer defect, the following must occur:

Customers will have 7 days from verified delivery date to submit proof of manufacturer defect.

Return authorization must be processed by contacting orders@fourgathletics.com with return information, pictures of defects, and request for replacement.

Customers will have 5 days after receiving a return authorization to return your order, verified by post mark.

Items must not be worn, damaged, stained, used, or exhibit any form of wear and tear from use.

Items can only be exchanged for like items or refunds.

Refund and exchange will be made available after the item has been returned and defect has been verified.

Exchange is subject to denial If the item is received exhibiting indication of stipulation ‘iv’ above.
Shipping and Delivery:
All orders placed through Fourg Athletics Timed Online Stores will ship at the time posted on the team store page using the customer selected shipping method. All orders placed through Fourg Athletics On Demand Online Stores will ship in 5-7 business days from the time ordered using the customer selected shipping method. You will receive an email notification once your order ships. In the event of a pre-order or backorder product, your order will ship once this item becomes available. It is important to provide accurate shipping information as Fourg Athletics is not responsible for orders not received due to inaccurate shipping information or stolen merchandise. Please provide a secure delivery address free from theft where the customer will receive shipment. It is the responsibility of the customer to file a complaint with the FedEx or USPS if delivery does not arrive after 5 days of delivery notification.
FORCE MAJEURE
Fourg Athletics will not be liable for any failure to perform any such obligations by reasons of acts of god or the element; acts, delays, and failures to act by governmental authorities; riots, insurrections, terrorism, sabotage and war, or pandemic; interruption, suspension, curtailment, or other disruption of utilities; or other matters beyond our reasonable control.

If the order qualifies for free shipping, FedEx Ground will be used. You will receive an email notification once your order ships. In the event of a backorder product, your order will ship partial and once this item becomes available the balance will ship. It is important to provide accurate shipping information as Fourg Athletics is not responsible for orders not received due to inaccurate shipping information or stolen merchandise. Please provide a secure delivery address free from theft where the customer will receive shipment.
